Eight Organ Meditation
Eight organ meditation is done to help strengthen the internal organs to build ki in the body. It involves moving the breath to the individual organs to help bring clean clear oxygen so that the body has the proper foundation to build and utilize ki. If any of the organs are weak, the body will not be able to work to its fullest potential.
