Assistant Instructor 3rd Dan Black Belt Joshua Paul began training with Grand Master Frank Croaro in 2008, and was immediately drawn to Grand Master Croaro’s calm and patient demeanor, along with his keen eye for the finer details of the art.  Joshua also particularly enjoys Shin Yong Do’s unique combination of hard and soft martial arts styles, and also appreciates it’s focus on the integration of mind, body and spirit.

Joshua’s inventions are employed worldwide, and have made valuable contributions to the fields of atmospheric and analytical chemistry.  He is presently working on his second start-up company, and enjoys hiking with his beautiful wife, good food and wine, and with four cats keeps the lint roller industry well supported.
